The farm is owned by Roberto Rosconi, and the coffee is cultivated at an altitude of 1825 meters above sea level, creating an ideal environment for growing distinctive coffee. This coffee is processed with the honey method, where a sticky and sugary layer is left during fermentation to enhance its sweetness and richness. It features attractive floral aromas, bright acidity, and tropical fruit flavors, making it a unique coffee experience. In 2024, this coffee competed in the "Excellence Cup" competition, where it scored 87.14 and ranked eighth in the washed and honey category. Boru92 purchased this exceptional harvest at auction, marking the second consecutive year they have bought the coffee. This ongoing partnership confirms that San Luis de los Riquerdos consistently produces high-quality specialty coffee.
