Sidramsa dried from Ethiopia: grown and harvested in one of the historic farms at an altitude of 1900 feet above sea level in the Sidramo region, where it was processed using the dried method, resulting in a coffee with medium body and complex fruity acidity. The distinguished feature of this coffee is that the Hayy Al-Shumaisi is one of the first neighborhoods that appeared after the demolition of Riyadh's wall.. and its street was an important artery for traffic movement and shopping, and the beginnings of large restaurants. The neighborhood was a group of farms, and it was named Al-Shumaisi after the Shamasah who owned the largest areas of farms in the southern part. Hayy Al-Shumaisi represented a qualitative shift for the residents of the capital to move from mud houses to modern architecture at the time, and although it has become one of the old neighborhoods after urban expansion, it still retains its historical character with its close-knit houses and old street names.
