The Paraimena variety, developed by the Honduran Coffee Institute, is known for its rust resistance and exceptional flavor. At Las Rocas farm, ripe coffee cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried on raised beds, highlighting their natural sweetness and flavor complexity. This coffee features lively notes of tropical fruits, red grapes, and cocoa pieces, balanced with pure acidity and smooth sweetness. In 2024, this coffee achieved a score of 87.75 in the "Cup of Excellence" competition in Honduras. It was awarded 92 points at an auction for this distinguished coffee, reflecting its commitment to selecting the best specialty coffees.
