This unique harvest was dried using an innovative method called fruit boxes, where the coffee is placed in boxes designed with ventilation mesh to enable smooth air circulation between the coffee beans from bottom to top. The box contains temperature gauges to ensure an appropriate temperature for an optimal drying process. This innovative method has enabled farmers in the Cocatral Union to produce fruitier and more distinctive crops compared to the usual Brazilian crop profile.
