We present to you Sidama Bompi, Ethiopian coffee processed using anaerobic washed method, from the Sidama region and specifically from the Bompi area. This coffee belongs to the Heirloom variety and is cultivated by a group of local farmers who carefully handpick the cherries, before undergoing a precise anaerobic fermentation process, then washed and carefully dried to preserve the complexity of flavors. This coffee offers an elegant and balanced cup, with a clear honey flavor and soft touches of pear and tangerine. It received a score of 86.75 according to the SCA standard, providing coffee lovers with an experience with a fruity character and carefully crafted flavors.
