Hawzan crop.. a crop from Yemen, the land of love and coffee.. the ancient civilization that immortalized stories of love.. love mixed with belonging to the land and planting coffee.... "Love and Coffee" is a poem by poet Muthir Al-Aryani, telling a historical story in the land of Yemen.. it begins with infatuation, passing through hope and faith, and ends with the lover winning his beloved. And due to the poem's heritage linked to coffee, we mention some of its verses: O coffee guard, Bushra.. the coffee season is near, the birds are intoxicated.. among the greenery of the gardens. They tasted the first cup.. from the nectar of the free, and they continued to delight the universe with the sweetest songs. This special crop was brought from the Hozan enclave in the Munaqa district of Sana'a Governorate. Hozan is distinguished by the summit of Jibam Mountain, covered with terraced farms, and by its ancient archaeological forts filled with old inscriptions attributed to one of the Himyarite kings: Hozan bin Hadur. Our crop "Hozan" was processed with anaerobic soaking DQ. In this crop, we find a mixture of hints of berries, peaches, chocolate, and almonds. An enjoyable experience, friends.
