Product description
Biogreen 12-40-12 is a foliar fertilizer concentrated in phosphorus and enriched with seaweed extract that promotes flowering and fruit set. This fully water-soluble, phosphorus-rich formula treats and prevents phosphorus deficiency in plants and is enhanced with a natural nutrient and biostimulant extracted from Acadian seaweed.
Key Features:
- Delivers phosphorus with high efficiency in the early growth stages, stimulating root growth and spread as well as the growth and development of the vegetative parts.
- Promotes flowering and fruit set.
- Contains a balanced blend of trace elements (copper, iron, zinc and manganese) chelated as EDTA, plus boron and molybdenum in soluble salt form.
Specifications:
- Nitrogen (N): 12%
- Phosphorus (P₂O₅): 40%
- Potassium (K₂O): 12%
- Magnesium: 2%
- Sulfur: 1.6%
- Seaweed extract (Acadian): 3%

Directions for Use:
- Can be applied by all methods used for soluble fertilizers (drip irrigation, center pivot, etc.) or as a foliar spray. Make sure the pH of the solution does not fall below 4. Rates are for guidance; exact rates depend on crop type, age, planting density and other factors.
- Foliar spray: spray in the early morning or evening, the best time for nutrient uptake and to reduce the risk of leaf damage or spotting. Prepare the spray solution at a final concentration not exceeding 10 g per liter of water (1%). Repeat 3–4 times during the season; carry out a trial spray on a small area before preparing the main spray solution.
- Drip irrigation, early growth stage: 0.5–0.8 g per liter of irrigation water (50–80 ppm).
- Drip irrigation, fruiting stage: 0.8–2 g per liter of irrigation water (80–200 ppm).
- Center pivot: 7–10 kg per hectare per application, alone or mixed with most soluble fertilizers and pesticides; a separate compatibility test is recommended.
Orkida Tip:
Use Biogreen 12-40-12 at the start of the season and before flowering to build a strong root system and support flowering and fruit set.
