Product description
The Cub Cadet XT2 GX54 riding garden tractor from the XT2 Enduro Series sits above standard lawn tractors and is built for large lawns and frequent use. It is powered by a Kohler twin-cylinder 747cc, 26 HP engine with a hydrostatic transmission controlled by foot pedal, so there is no gear shifting. The 137 cm (54") welded steel deck with three blades offers 3-in-1 cutting: side discharge, bagging or mulching. A heavier build and cast-iron front axle give it more stability on the ground.
Features
- More power, 26 HP: Kohler twin-cylinder 747cc engine with higher torque for thick grass and large areas.
- 3-in-1 cutting: side discharge for fast work, bagging for a clean lawn, or mulching to return clippings to the soil as natural fertilizer.
- Durable deck: 137 cm welded 11-gauge steel deck with three blades on steel spindles for an even cut and longer life.
- Heavy-duty hydrostatic: Tuff Torq K58 garden-tractor transmission, speed and direction by foot pedal.
- More stability: heavier weight, 119 cm wheelbase and cast-iron front axle for better stability on uneven ground.
- Flexible cutting height: 12 positions from 2.5 to 10 cm.

Ideal For
- Large gardens and areas around villas, rest houses and farms.
- Lawns that need frequent mowing with bagging or mulching.
- Uneven ground that needs a heavier, more stable tractor.
- Check that gates and storage fit the machine's dimensions (up to 160 cm wide) before buying.
How to Use
- Check oil (SAE 10W-30), fuel (91 gasoline) and tire pressure, and clear stones and hard objects from the area.
- Choose the cutting mode: side discharge, bagging or mulching, and fit its accessory.
- Adjust the seat and cutting height, then start the engine with the key per the manual.
- Engage the blades with the PTO button in a safe area and mow in parallel lines with a slight overlap.
- When finished, stop the blades and engine and remove the key before cleaning or inspecting.
Care and Maintenance
- Clean clippings from the deck after every use.
- Check blade sharpness, belts and tire pressure regularly.
- Follow the manual's schedule for engine oil, oil filter and air filter changes.
- Use model number 14A7A3CA010 when ordering spare parts.
Warnings
- Read the operator's manual and wear eye and hearing protection and closed shoes.
- Keep children, pets and bystanders away from the mowing area; no passengers.
- Never point the discharge chute at people, cars or glass.
- Avoid mowing wet grass and stay within the slope limits in the manual.
- Stop the engine and wait for the blades to stop before cleaning; let it cool before refueling.
Orkida Tip
- In summer, mulch instead of bagging; mulched clippings return to the soil, keep it moist and feed the lawn. For tall grass, start at a high cutting height and lower it gradually, never removing more than one third of the leaf length at a time.
