Lineage: Tabiqa Processing: Natural Flavors: Raisin - Maple syrup - Almond We present to you the Yemeni harvest from the Hummasi farm, from the Tabiqa lineage, cultivated on the terraces of the towering Haraz Mountains, at an altitude ranging between 2100 and 2200 meters above sea level, where the cold mountain climate and rocky soil give the coffee a rare character and a unique complex flavor. This harvest is overseen by farmer Ghaleb Hummasi, one of the most prominent coffee producers in the region, known for his passion and precision in caring for his farm. This coffee is processed naturally, where the coffee cherries are sun-dried in Yemen, preserving the richness of its flavors.
