Pro Roast 92 - Sidama 200 grams

We present to you Sidama Koruba Ethiopian, from the Harrloom lineage, processed naturally, from the Sidama region and specifically from the rich Arbighona soil, at high elevations ranging between 2240 and 2280 meters above sea level. This harvest is produced under the supervision of Asifa Dukamu at Koruba farm, in cooperation with more than 200 local smallholder farmers. The cherries are transported to the Shamatanto processing station, where they are carefully selected and precisely processed to preserve the quality of flavors and their unique character. This coffee features flavors of dried plum, deep chocolate, and refined herbal hints of Rooibos tea, offering a warm, rich, and balanced experience. Koruba coffee received a score of 86.75 according to the SCA standard, and it is exclusively available at برو٩٢, as an expression of our commitment to offering carefully selected crops that reflect the authenticity of the soil and the depth of flavor.
