Kohl

The same black she lines her eyes with, now tailored.

Kohl is named for the black that has lined Arabian eyes for centuries, brought onto fabric instead of skin. The jacket keeps a notch collar and closes on a single button, cut close through the waist with a flap pocket on each side. Underneath, a straight, wide-leg trouser in the same unbroken black. No pattern, no second color to explain. Kohl works exactly the way its namesake does: adding weight to whatever it outlines.
