The book "Political Writings, Political Articles of Imam Muhammad Abduh" (1848-1905) documents most of which were published in "Al-Waqa’i’ Al-Misriyya". Dr. Muhammad Amara describes, in the Imam's introduction to the book: "He remained in his mood and formation with the introduction of the nation's policy, that is, its upbringing - through reforming the methods of thought within it. And renewing its institutions that create the mind of the elite and the leading ranks. And he is a distinguished man among the distinguished who are not shaped by studies even if they are detailed, nor do they graduate from schools even if they are advanced. And he is the Imam who considers that the happiness of the country and its uprightness can only be achieved if the status of law rises in it, its value increases, and the rulers respect it before the governed. And they used the utmost precision in understanding its chapters and boundaries. And to stand on the facts of its meaning, and they stayed awake to apply their work in detail and in general on its true wording and understood meaning." The Imam says in one of his writings: "The countries live a true life, and the spirit of happiness flows in them, and clouds of mercy rain down, and the fortunate ones of happiness are the workers, the officials, and the pillars of the state, because they are the source of the comprehensive works on which the system of the country revolves."
