العضوية الشهرية لمدة 3 أشهر

خيار للرعاية الصحية المستمرة لمن تحتاج إلى متابعة منتظمة ومراجعة الخطة وفقًا لتقدمها واحتياجاتها. تمتد العضوية لثلاثة أشهر كحد أدنى، وتشمل:

• ثلاث جلسات فردية، مدة كل جلسة 60 دقيقة، جلسة واحدة شهريًا.
• مراجعة الأعراض والتقدم الصحي خلال فترة العضوية.
• متابعة الخطة الصحية وتعديلها عند الحاجة.
• توجيهات متعلقة بنمط الحياة والتغذية والمكملات عند الحاجة.
• دعم أسبوعي عبر واتساب طوال الأشهر الثلاثة، للأسئلة المتعلقة بالخطة والمكملات.

مدة العضوية: ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الجلسة الأولى.

3-Month Membership

An ongoing care option for individuals who need regular follow-up and adjustments to their health plan based on their progress and needs. The membership runs for a minimum of three months and includes:

• Three one-to-one sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, with one session per month.
• Review of symptoms and health progress throughout the membership.
• Ongoing review and adjustment of the health plan when appropriate.
• Guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, and supplements when appropriate.
• Weekly WhatsApp support for questions related to the health plan and supplements throughout the three-month membership.

Membership period: Three months from the date of the first session.
