Leadership capsules - Malhamoon House

During our practice of consulting work in the public and private sectors, we had the opportunity to work alongside a number of executives, some of whom practiced their leadership role with passion and love, captivating the team around them, and others who worked aimlessly, frustrating everyone they worked with. With this introduction, we began our dialogue with our friend "John," who spent 35 years working with leaders in major government and private organizations across three different continents, with varying cultures, languages, customs, and weather. The conversation was inspiring for us and motivated us to quickly document what we see as the foundation of leadership development, as we believe that leaders are made, and this is confirmed by specialists. We felt excited as we laid the first stones of this book, which we believe are the rules of the game, as elders like to call them.
