Change the term and its effect on the debts

Man in this life needs others, as others need him, and this is a natural matter in all needs, especially his need for others in financial dealings, and his dealings with others may result in him being either a creditor or a debtor, and debt is either immediate or deferred, and some reasons may affect the deferred debt, changing its term either by bringing it forward or delaying it, and this change may have an impact on the debt. Therefore, research was conducted on (changing the term and its effect on debts) due to its importance for financial institutions, banks, and individuals.
