Her Royal Highnesses - Arab Cultural Center

This book talks about the five beauties: Foqiya, Fawziya, Faiza, Faiqa, and Fathiya, daughters of King Fuad I, and sisters of King Farouk. Princesses born in the same place, lived the same events, and received the same lessons, but fate willed that they be separated, and each of them lives a life completely different from the others.. some became queens, some circumstances turned them into cleaners, some managed to build a family and a line of children and grandchildren, some were not blessed with children, and some took shade as a home and hid from sight. Each of their stories deserves to be embodied in a Hollywood film to possibly win an Oscar, tales from A Thousand and One Nights for five princesses gathered by the letter "F" and separated by fate.
