First time I memorize the Quran 1 M2 - books of others

I want to be close to Allah, and I want to feel the sweetness of the Quran. I read once that the companionship of the Quran extends until paradise, but I do not know where to start this companionship? And how?! I do not want my son to be a hafiz of the Quran only, but I want him to be a hafiz who reflects and acts upon it!!
