This book studies the foreign words that Ibn Bashar mentioned in his famous book Al-Majd, and explains their origins, and divides them into Arabized, borrowed, and native, and arranges them in alphabetical order, and the number of these words reached 135 words, transferred into the Arabic language from more than eighteen languages, and varied between names of military tools, titles, building tools, measurement, numbers, utensils, and others. The author relied on a large number of Arabic and other linguistic dictionaries to determine the origins of these words, and to identify the Arabic, Arabized, borrowed, and native ones.
