The standard of the educator - Horizons of knowledge

Today, educational nurseries are spreading across the world, welcoming youth and young people, teaching them faith and raising them upon it, refining their morals, developing their talents, strengthening their determination, and inspiring positivity within their souls. This book is a brief guide for the educator working in those nurseries, in which the author included the concepts the educator needs, clarified the requirements of education, and outlined the knowledge, skills, duties, and responsibilities necessary for the educator, so that it serves as a concise conceptual and practical guide. The importance of educational guides and standards lies in their contribution to organizing educational work, summarizing the roles, functions, duties, and responsibilities of the educator, and drawing a framework for the concept, features, and goals of Islamic education. They make the educator aware of the true nature of their work, its components, and its necessities, and based on them, the educator's work and formation can be evaluated. This guide includes three sections: the first is a theoretical introduction to Islamic education to understand its essence, recognize its importance, goals, features, and some concepts related to renewal. The second section concerns the formation and development of the educator and the standards necessary for their work. As for the third section, it discusses the major contents around which the efforts of educators and their educational goals should revolve, which collectively form the contents of Islamic education in educational nurseries.
