This book consists of two parts: the first part titled "With the Self" and the second part titled "With Others." The first part talks about values related to the person himself, such as moderation, not extravagance, and completion. The second part talks about values related to others, such as loyalty, which must involve two parties, or Shura (consultation), which requires the presence of two or more, and so on.
