Regulatory governance on the public sector

The basis of this valuable collection and its origin is a scientific message presented by the author - may Allah grant him success - to obtain a doctorate degree in (Public Sector Governance), from the Department of Oversight at the Higher Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in the year 1442 AH, 2020 AD. The judging and discussion committee for the message consisted of the esteemed noble sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sanad - may Allah preserve him, Professor Dr. Abdul Wahab Al-Rasini - may Allah preserve him, and Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Mutawa - may Allah preserve him. The committee recommended granting the researcher the doctorate degree with a high distinction with first-class honors, in addition to research, studies, works, and projects related to (governance in the three sectors; public, private, and non-profit) since 1436 AH, 2014 AD, including his work as a governance advisor and supervisor of legislation and legal affairs at the Office of Achieving the Vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. This collection has become a scientific, practical, peer-reviewed, and referenced reference by a specialized scientific body consisting of five expert doctors. Efforts have been made to develop the scientific output and facilitate its language so that it is accessible to specialists and interested parties, especially since it is in a field that has not been previously addressed comprehensively in other references. This project is considered the first of its kind in the Arab world in this specialization and comprehensiveness. We ask Allah - the Almighty - to benefit everyone through it. Omar Al-Hammad
