This book is a creation of the Quran and its blessings, tools, and victories, and it is a concise application of the indication of a verse from the Book of Allah ﷻ: "Allah has sent down the best speech, a Book consistent and repeating" [Az-Zumar: 23], through which the rhetorical miracle of the Quran in repetition and reiteration is revealed, confirming the meaning, enhancing understanding, and strengthening belief. Although the Quran was revealed gradually over twenty-three years, its rulings, news, and stories are similar, matching, and repeated in various styles and multiple ways, with no difference or contradiction. It is the greatest proof that it is an inimitable book whose verses have been perfected ﴿Do they not ponder the Quran? If it had been from other than Allah, they would have found in it much contradiction﴾ [An-Nisa: 82]. I named it "Mutani Al-Ma'ani" (Repetitions of Meanings), and it is a reflective book of topics that gather the verses which are repeated, similar, and have the same meaning. To complete the picture, I added matching Prophetic sayings in meaning for further explanation and clarification of Allah's saying: "And We have sent down to you the Reminder that you may clarify to the people what has been sent down to them" [An-Nahl: 44], and the Prophet ﷺ's saying: "Indeed, I have been given the Book and something like it with it."
