Intellectual protection in the Holy Quran

The Quran has given great attention to the minds and ideas, and has clarified that neither this world nor religion can stand without sound minds. Among the evidence of this are the many verses that end with: "Will you not then understand?" and the pauses that say: "Perhaps they will reflect." And Allah, the Most High, has shown that He revealed the Quran to bring people out of darkness into light; from the darkness of polytheism into the light of monotheism, and from the darkness of atheism into the light of faith in Allah, and from the darkness of takfir and extremism into the light of moderation and the straight path, and from the darkness of division and sectarianism into the light of unity and collective solidarity. And so, in every darkness, the noble Quran brings people out into the light of truth and goodness. This book is concerned with fortifying the mind through the verses of the Holy Quran, and how we can, with this great Quran, confront intellectual doubts, correct perceptions, strengthen the minds, establish conviction, and develop awareness that is disciplined by revelation, away from excess and deficiency. The book also highlights the healing and guidance of the Quran from all misguidance, exposing the deception of those with intellectual deviations, clarifying the correct path and sound intellectual methodology, and presenting textual and rational evidence in refuting doubts. It also emphasizes the Quran’s stance on allegiance and the obligation of the community, and the effects of that in achieving intellectual security for individuals and societies.
