The electronic muffler, or electronic barrel, is a part installed in the car's exhaust system. This muffler allows adjusting the exhaust sound, as it can be opened or closed to control the volume level and improve engine performance. When opened, the exhaust sound increases and the engine power boosts, while when closed, the exhaust sound returns to normal. More specifically: Its function: The electronic muffler allows switching the exhaust sound from a quiet mode to a sportier, more powerful sound and vice versa.
