A select group of scholars The guiding proof to the fundamentals of creed and monotheism And from God's mercy, Almighty and Glorious, upon this nation that He made its book preserved, and appointed for the Sunnah of the Prophet those who distinguish truth from falsehood, and who distinguish correct from incorrect, and also, O Allah, Almighty and Glorious, from those who record the beliefs of the predecessors and clarify their sayings and what they were upon, and clarify the misguidance of the misguided, and respond to the deviants. And we have compiled in this book a valuable collection of books on creed and monotheism that a student of knowledge cannot do without. We ask Allah to benefit the students of upright truth by it. Indeed, He is the Most High, the Great. Our work in the book: First: Checking the text of the book and comparing it. Second: Attributing the Quranic verses to their places in the Mushaf by mentioning the name of the surah and the verse number. Third: Attributing the hadiths to their sources from the books of Sunnah, for the hadiths in the two Sahihs, citing them is sufficient to indicate the authenticity of the hadith, and for those in other collections, we have attributed them to their sources, and we relied on the investigations of the scholar Al-Albani, may Allah have mercy on him, in judging the hadiths for which he provided rulings. Finally, this is the effort of the humble, and whatever success is from Allah alone, and whatever shortcoming or mistake is from ourselves and Satan. We ask Allah, the Most Generous, to forgive us and overlook our slips. Indeed, He is the Guardian and Capable of that. And we ask Him, the Most High, to make this work sincere for His Noble Face. And our last supplication is praise be to Allah, Lord of all worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions, and many peace and blessings.
