Introduction
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
Praise be to Allah, the King, the Holy, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, the One and Only, the Independent, who begets not, nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him. And peace and blessings be upon the Messenger sent to all people as a bearer of good news and a warner, and as a caller to Allah by His permission and a shining lamp.
As for what follows:
Whoever follows the texts of the Quranic verses and the Prophetic sayings with insight and reflection on the foundation of this solid religion, its primary obligations, its roots, and its principles, which cannot be neglected, neglected, or compromised, will surely know with certainty that belief (Aqeedah) is the foundation of this religion, its soul, and the basis of security, safety, and dignity for the individual and the Muslim nation.
And that the monotheism of the Creator, Glorious and Exalted is His Majesty, and His names sanctified, through worship, is the first thing a person must know. He should worship Allah alone, and purify Him from what is not befitting Him, and affirm for Him what He has affirmed for Himself or on the tongue of His Prophet, peace be upon him, without likening, negating, distortions, or Tashbih (resembling Allah to His creation). As Allah, the Most High, said: "There is nothing like Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing" [Ash-Shura: 11].
Since this is the matter of Aqeedah, the motivation for producing this simplified series was to make it accessible, yet rich in meanings and benefits.
I relied on Allah, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, and asked Him for success and guidance in simplifying this knowledge, focusing on the practical aspects that people need in their lives.
My work in this message was as follows:
1. Collecting topics related to one subject matter.
2. Focusing on prohibitions that undermine belief.
3. Mentioning evidence from Quranic verses or Prophetic sayings at the beginning, then explaining the meanings of the words, followed by the lessons derived.
4. Emphasizing in the guidance what matters to Muslims in their practical lives.
5. Simplifying speech and presentation as much as possible.
6. Including training activities on each topic or two topics, and comprehensive tests on each requirement for continuous evaluation.
7. Including a final test on the book.
God willing, the rest of the series will follow. I ask Allah, Glorious and Exalted is His Majesty, the Self-Sufficient, who begets not, nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him, to make this work purely for His face, and to benefit the Muslim Ummah. He alone is capable of that.
And may Allah's peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions, and those who follow his guidance and follow his Sunnah until the Day of Judgment.
