It includes: - Contextual and linguistically rooted interpretation of the vocabulary of the Quran, with credible preferences for some interpretations over others. - Identification of the "central meanings" that the usages of the structures (=the Quranic roots) refer to, and the lexical chapters that these structures refer to. - Definition of the "linguistic meanings" of the "Arabic alphabet" according to a credible scientific methodology, with practical clarification of how these meanings are realized in the usages of the studied structures (=roots). - Clarification of numerous semantic differences between Quranic vocabulary with similar meanings. - A treasury of the guided derivational relationships between the usages of the studied structures, which was not available in any previous work. - Unprecedented theoretical and applied treatments of several linguistic phenomena and issues, such as synonymy, antonyms, confluence, and Arabization. It is rooted by clarifying the relationships between the words of the Quran with their sounds and meanings. It was issued in two volumes, numbered consecutively, totaling 2415 pages of regular size. The author dedicated it to the esteemed scholars of Quranic interpretation, its students, and the people of the Quran in general. Its original form was a thesis submitted by the author to obtain a PhD degree, supervised by Professor Dr. Ibrahim Muhammad Naja, and discussed with Professor Dr. Ibrahim Basyuni and Professor Dr. Abdul Sabor Shaheen, all of whom are distinguished scholars. This book is considered one of the finest works that have served the vocabulary of the Quran to date — according to my knowledge — as it includes: 1- An explanation of the central general meaning of each of the structures (=linguistic materials) of the Quran and their lexical chapters, covering about 2300 structures, of which about 1700 are the structures from which the words of the Quran are built. 2- A documented interpretation of each of the words of the Quran in their Quranic contexts, based on language dictionaries and well-known Quranic exegeses. 3- An explanation of the derivation of each of these words: whether Quranic or non-Quranic linguistic words. 4- Clarification of the shared meaning among the meanings of the structures (:materials) of each lexical chapter in this dictionary, which appears in 367 lexical chapters. 5- Explanation of the linguistic meaning of each of the sounds (=alphabetic letters) that make up all the structures in this dictionary, applied to the central meaning of each structure, with 397 phonetic analyses. 6- A treasury of guided derivational relationships that have not been compiled in any previous book. 7- An applied encyclopedia on the most important aspects of Arabic language jurisprudence. The purpose of the author in presenting this in such a derivational manner is to provide a documented and rooted interpretation of the words of the Quran, as derivation is the most complete method for defining the meanings of words, thus resolving the hesitation faced by students of Quranic interpretation or researchers in their vocabulary when they encounter numerous differing opinions on the meaning of a Quranic word.
