Product description
It has been found that what a person leaves of money is contested by three rights: the rights of creditors, the rights of the heirs, and the rights of the bequeathers. It was necessary to clarify these rights, their amounts, and the appropriate connection between their owners, then organize the relationship between these rights and place each right in its proper position so that the priority among them becomes clear based on foundations that do not lead to injustice or end in oppression. In reaching this, different rulings and varying theories emerged, so the rulings of inheritance came differently and distinctly depending on the differences in laws, as the laws differ in achieving their goal of a financial system. Likewise, the methods of fulfilling these rights and their arrangements differed; each law followed the path it set for itself, guided by the traditions it inherited and the customs it reached.
