Authored by Dr. Ghazi Al-Shammari, part of the introduction, and I expect that if we understand the life of the Prophet, our problems will diminish, and it is difficult to say they will disappear; because, as we will see, if a house is free of problems, then the house of Muhammad, peace be upon him, would be free of problems as well, and the wise person understands by indication. And this book aims, in its purpose, through studying many of the prophetic hadiths and sayings of scholars, alongside analyzing many of the Prophet’s situations with his wives, to achieve the following: 1 - To recognize Islam’s view of marriage, its goals, and its rulings. 2 - To derive standards of proper marriage from the Book and Sunnah. 3 - To identify marital rights in Islam. 4 - To reveal human feelings in the treatment of the Messenger, peace be upon him, towards his wives, and the psychological, educational, and social effects resulting from that on family life. 5 - To clarify how to consider the Prophet’s approach in solving family problems related to human feelings. And I ask Allah to grant me success in producing this book in a manner that pleases Him. And in conclusion, if what I have done is truly right or correct, that is Allah’s success, favor, and grace. And if I have made mistakes, that is from myself and Satan, and I ask Allah to forgive that, and to forgive the error. May Allah have mercy on those who pointed out the mistake and guided to the right, and forgive as I ask Him to accept this effort and make it sincerely for His face, and not to let Satan, myself, or anyone else share in it.
