Product description

For the virtue Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen Authored by Ghazi Murshid Khalaf Al-Otaibi Presented by the scholar Dr. Abed bin Muhammad Al-Sufiani After: In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, and companions. Among the most beautiful simplified explanations in the fundamentals of jurisprudence is the book of our brother, Professor Dr. Ghazi bin Murshid bin Khalaf Al-Otaibi, which he named "Simplification of Attaining the Subtleties of the Foundations from the Science of Principles of the Scholar Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him), who passed away in 1421 AH." This explanation is of the easy and impressive type; the author has gathered many benefits, useful preferences, and practical examples that reveal the moderate approach in deriving rulings based on evidence, and trains the jurist on independent reasoning based on disciplined effort. The author avoided the fundamentalist debate that leads to isolating the legal reality from the principles. It is known that jurisprudence is the fruit of the principles. One of the best additions in this explanation is that the author completed the practical examples that the Sheikh, may Allah have mercy on him, missed, and he pointed out what he could not obtain. The author also traced some examples from the scholars of principles and presented his viewpoint on them, thus linking the issue of principles with its jurisprudential outcome. This trains the student of knowledge on important matters, including: 1 - Understanding the fundamental issue in an easy manner. 2 - Knowing the details if they exist. 3 - Practicing attention to evidence and preference with good expression, and observing manners, humility, and harmony with scholars. 4 - Achieving the intended goal in the easiest way without complication or repetition. Therefore, I said: This explanation is of the easy and impressive type; the author has combined scientific benefits with accuracy and precision, and achieved the purpose in the best style, clarified the wording, added scientific supplements to the text, exerted great effort in his writing, served the text excellently, supported its structure, raised its minaret, dressed it in a beautiful attire, and presented it to students of knowledge and scholars in the best compilation. I do not think — and Allah knows best — that anyone else will precede him in such a work, all with manners and humility rarely seen. And in my opinion — and Allah knows best — this explanation will have a significant status and wide spread among beginner and intermediate students of knowledge. It will also attract the attention of scholars and teachers in universities, institutes, and scientific courses in mosques because there is a real need for such work. Therefore, I recommend benefiting from it in those fields and scientific institutions. This is especially relevant for students of the Faculty of Sharia who study the book "Rawdat an-Nazir" by Ibn Qudamah Allah. They need to clarify and explain some parts of "Rawda," and this explanation will be helpful for them and their teachers. It is well known that "Rawda" has a common root, and there is a need to complete the examples and increase clarification. I have also advised the author to comment on the "Rawda" to achieve this benefit, and he is capable of doing so. His style in teaching and authorship is suitable, and the best person to do this work without lengthy elaboration or complication is someone with his experience, as he has taught in the Faculty of Sharia, is its dean, and supervises the development of its curricula. In conclusion, I ask Allah to bless the "original" and the "explanation," and to reward our brother, the great scholar, Sheikh Al-Allama Muhammad Al-Uthaymeen, with the best reward, and to prolong his life. Al-Allama Dr. Abed bin Muhammad Al-Sufiani for the explanation. Ghazi bin Murshid Al-Otaibi, and may Allah bless him and benefit from his book, and grant it acceptance on earth. And our last supplication is: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. Written by Abed bin Muhammad Al-Sufiani Former Member of the Shura Council
