The jurisprudential summary 2/1

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Introduction Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the seal of the prophets, and upon his family, companions, and those who follow them with goodness until the Day of Judgment. After: This is a summary of jurisprudence, accompanied by its evidences from the Book and the Sunnah. I used to recite it on the radio in episodes, and it has been repeatedly requested by those who listened to it, and they urged me to publish it, so that it may benefit, God willing. I did not intend that when preparing it, but in response to the desire of many, I reviewed it, organized it, and prepared it for publication. And here it is before you, O generous reader; so whatever correctness and benefit you find in it is due to Allah alone, and whatever error I have made is from me, and I ask Allah for forgiveness. I summarized it from the book Al-Rawd Al-Murabbi’ Sharh Zād Al-Mustaqni’, and from its margin by the scholar Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad bin Qasim, may Allah have mercy on him, with some notes from me whenever appropriate. This, and I ask Allah that He grants us all success in beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds. And may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and companions.
