Persuasion in solving the words of Abi Shujaa 1-2

The persuasion in the solution of the words of Abi Shujaa 1-2 Al-Risala Foundation Publisher Considered the text of Al-Ghayah and Al-Taqrib (or Abi Shujaa) one of the most circulated and important texts of Maliki jurisprudence, and it has been cared for by scholars in its explanation, as well as the commentary on its explanations. One of its most important explanations is our book (Al-Iqna') by a late scholar of Maliki jurisprudence, Al-Khatib Al-Sharbini (977 AH). His explanation is closer to length, as he introduces the books then analyzes the words with explanation and correction, as he clarifies the reference of the pronoun in the text, and mentions the relied-upon opinion of the issue from a book or a Sunnah attributed to its origin. The book is also rich with notes, benefits, and branches that came in it, due to Al-Sharbini's strong jurisprudential ability and because he is a recent scholar to us, issues that may be called contemporary or related to them.
