The virtue Sheikh the scholar Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen may Allah forgive him and his parents and the Muslim. It contains an explanation of rhetoric from the book (Rules of Arabic Language) for the teachers: (Hafni Nassef, and Muhammad Diab, and Sultan Muhammad, and Mustafa Tamom), and they are pioneers in education and teaching the Arabic language in Egypt in the modern era. This book included a summary of the rules of the Arabic language, and its main issues in the easiest arrangement and clearest style. His virtue explained what is specific to rhetoric, and this was part of his scientific lessons that he used to hold at his university in Unaizah. Two audio recordings of these rhetoric explanations were made from those lessons: the first was in the year 1403 AH, and it is the most comprehensive and broad; the second, which is less comprehensive, was in the year 1419 AH. Based on that, the first explanation is considered the original, and the benefits and additions found in the second explanation were added to it.
