When I was granted success by Allah Almighty to complete it, and I set its tents aside with the conclusion, after I uncovered the faces of its covers and placed its treasures at the edge of completion, Joy of time and support of good fortune, and hopes drew near, and aspirations responded, and my hopeful face smiled, when I turned toward the city of goals, the presence of all mankind in the shade of safety, And they poured upon them the flood of justice and kindness, and restored stability to the eyelids with His sovereignty, and prevented the ways of aggression from Yajuj and Majuj with His awe, And restored the remnants of virtues and perfections, and scattered sins on the pages of the tablets to support Islam.
