The book of knowledge

To the esteemed Sheikh, the scholar Muhammad bin Salih al-Uthaymeen, may Allah forgive him and his parents and the Muslimin. The author in this book addresses the issue of knowledge in comprehensiveness and objectivity, beginning with defining knowledge and clarifying its virtue and the ruling on seeking it, then discussing the manners of the student of knowledge and the means to attain it, then talking about ways to acquire knowledge and mistakes to beware of, then mentioning the books of the student of knowledge and fatwas regarding knowledge, emphasizing some benefits in this regard, then concluding the book with selected messages sent by the author to some students of knowledge.
