The Holy Land
Importance of the topic and methodology:
The importance of the topic stems from it being an investigative research, addressing the Holy Land and related topics such as its definition, virtues, characteristics, and rulings, relying on authentic Islamic evidence that has been verified according to the standards of scholars and their virtuous followers, regardless of what is popularly known about the Holy Land and its conditions from false hadiths, events, and news. The methodology of the book is based on the approach of the scholars of Hadith, where the authenticity of the narration is a fundamental condition for its inclusion in the book, and this is the considered and accepted methodology. It also relies on the most likely opinion in each jurisprudential issue, with the inclusion of the most important evidences from the Qur'an and Sunnah, and sometimes from the effect and rational reasoning. Then, it includes (the evidence of consensus if it exists, along with some wisdom and benefits derived from the evidences, without delving into weak opinions or conflicting ones, to avoid lengthy discussion, prevent boredom, facilitate understanding for the dear reader, and to reinforce the most likely opinion in the mind).
The approach varies, and the book is directed to all categories of Muslims; it is indispensable for students of knowledge engaged in study and learning, and it does not bore the specialists due to its simple methodology, ease of expression, and avoidance of futile debate, argumentation, and pretense.
