The Social System in Islam
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Introduction
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noble Messenger Muhammad, and upon Muhammad, and upon his family and companions all together.
Afterward: Many attempts in social issues have tended toward a materialistic perspective in analyzing their matters, and the reason for that goes back to the culture of the researcher influenced by the materialistic view. This perspective does not align with the science of the Islamic social system, but rather contradicts the principles of Islam and its comprehensiveness.
I have loved in this booklet to show the greatness of Islam and its ability to solve and address social issues, emphasizing that it is the alternative to all social theories influenced by Western culture, based on the doctrine of monotheism, which determines the main criterion and foundation in the science of the Islamic social system, due to its methodological foundational approach that guides humans to the correct belief regarding various issues of faith in their aspects.
This study I present aims to outline the building blocks of society and clarify the importance and greatness of the Islamic heritage left by Muslim scholars, and what characterizes Islamic culture and makes it independent from other cultures in various aspects of Islamic heritage.
I also aimed to unveil the methodological foundational approach of Muslim scholars in studying various branches of Islamic culture, including the social system.
Through this study, I demonstrated that divine revelation is what establishes the proof, and it is the original source for addressing issues of social science. Thus, Islamic social science becomes distinguished from others through its authentic Islamic methodology, because issues of existence cannot achieve balance in various aspects of life, and the source of reception is "divine revelation" for human social science.
Therefore, in this study, I relied on verses from the Noble Qur'an, authentic and good Hadiths, and the righteous predecessors as evidence. I also committed to interpreting the texts as they came from the righteous, because the Noble Qur'an is what guides humans and makes them responsible for positive change, whether on the social, economic, or political level, especially since life is accompanied by many changes across different fields.
