The Garden of the Viewers, Explanation of the Method of the Pathfinders 1-3
The Garden of the Viewers, Explanation of the Method of the Pathfinders, and Clarification of Jurisprudence in Religion (3 parts)
Classification: Abdul Rahman bin Nasser bin Saadi
Authored by: Abu Anas Abdul Khaliq bin Muhammad bin Sinan Al-Imad Al-Wusabi
The book "Method of the Pathfinders and Clarification of Jurisprudence in Religion" by Imam Abdul Rahman bin Nasser bin Saadi is a great-benefit book, summarized, and its author paid attention to it, cared for it during its compilation, and admired it after its compilation, so he praised it to his students to encourage them to approach it, memorize, study, and learn, as mentioned by his student, the scholar Abdul Aziz bin Aqeel Allah.
Its author made it easy and limited himself to the correct opinion to facilitate the study for beginners in learning jurisprudence.
Nevertheless, it is a human work; it is subject to deficiency and error.
Whoever points out to me anything that needs to be addressed, he has our prayer of thanks for his good and kindness.
And how beautiful what Judge Abdul Rahim Al-Bisani wrote to Al-Imam Al-Asbahi, may Allah have mercy on both of them, apologizing for a statement he made that he later corrected, where he said: "I saw that no one writes a book in a day except that he says the next day: If it were different, it would be better, and if this was added, it would be appreciated, and if this was advanced, it would be better, and if this was left, it would be more beautiful. And this is among the greatest lessons, and it is evidence of the prevalence of deficiency over the whole of mankind."
End quote.
Kashf Al-Zunun (14/1)
I named this explanation "The Garden of the Viewers, Explanation of the Method of the Pathfinders," and it is in three parts:
Part One: From the beginning of the book to the end of the Book of Funerals.
Part Two: From the beginning of the Book of Zakat to the end of the chapter of Hiba and Gift, from the Book of Sales.
Part Three: From the beginning of the Book of Inheritance to the end of the book, the chapter of Admission.
The text was checked against a printed copy in Dar Al-Watan, and compared with two handwritten copies, one by the author and the other by one of his students, may Allah have mercy on all of them.
I hope that Allah will bring great benefit through it, and that it will facilitate ways for understanding and benefiting, encouraging the study of jurisprudence.
I ask Allah, the Most High, to make this work sincerely for His Face and to lead us to the Gardens of Bliss.
Indeed, my Lord is Hearing the supplication.
