Product description
The noble companion, the jurist, the devout, the ascetic prince, the narrator of Islam, and the master of the eminent memorisers, Abu Huraira Abd al-Rahman ibn Sakhr al-Doshi. He migrated from his homeland Yemen to the place of faith, and the cradle of revelation, and earned the honor of migration to Allah and His Messenger, صلى الله عليه وسلم. He enjoyed companionship, which is an unmatched rank, and he perfumed his feet in jihad with the Messenger of Allah, صلى الله عليه وسلم. He was the leader of the people of the Suffa, and the servant of the Prophet, صلى الله عليه وسلم, and his diligent student, who accompanied him closely in the morning and evening, in his stay and travel, in his night and day. He was more eager for the Sunnah than a mother is for her newborn.
The Prophet, صلى الله عليه وسلم, recognized Abu Huraira’s eagerness for knowledge, so he drew him closer and made him near, and prayed for his memorization. He became the most knowledgeable in hadith preservation in his time. He taught people the Sunnah for nearly half a century, and knowledge was transmitted from him from generation to generation until his narrations filled the volumes of the Sunnah. Muslims benefited from them in their beliefs, acts of worship, transactions, morals, and manners.
In his biography and narration, he was subjected to a wicked attack launched by those who slandered the Sunnah and the haters of Islam, from the followers of Abu Lu'lu'a and ibn Saba. But their attacks failed and were unsuccessful. Abu Huraira remained tall like a mountain in his biography, knowledge, morals, and nobility.
This book was written to clarify the biography of Abu Huraira and what he was exposed to from plots, drawing its scientific material from the original sources documented by the imams of Islam, from hadith scholars and historians, relying on a solid scientific methodology in its analysis.
