Adel Abdul Ghafoor Haider قل Asrar Al-Bukhari The Fundamental Islamic Creed Rules Summary of the message Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the trustworthy Prophet. This is a doctoral thesis titled: As for what follows: (The Creed Rules among Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah - An Analytical Study) Introduced by the student / Adel bin Abdul Ghafoor bin Haider قل Asrar. It aims to establish the science of rules in Islamic creed among Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah, so that it can be benefited from just as other Islamic sciences have benefited from it in: regulating rulings and facilitating understanding of issues. This thesis includes: an introduction, a preamble, eight chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. The preamble contains an explanation of the concept of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah; the first chapter explains the concept of creed rules; the second clarifies the difference between the concept of creed rules and related terminology; the third discusses the pillars and conditions of creed rules; the fourth addresses the sources from which these rules are derived; the fifth explains the methods of establishing them; the sixth discusses the types they can be classified into; the seventh covers their indications and history; and the eighth presents a comprehensive application of what has been established in the thesis, based on four models of creed rules. The most prominent conclusions from this thesis are: that a creed rule is a comprehensive doctrinal issue applicable to multiple matters, with two pillars and six conditions, and it is only taken from the Qur'an, Sunnah, and consensus, either directly from these sources or through induction. There is a difference between creed rules and doctrinal principles and standards. Creed rules are among the most honorable Islamic rules, and there is no room for disagreement about them. They align with reason and innate nature, serve as evidence in argumentation, and originated like other Islamic rules during the Prophetic era, but they have not yet reached full maturity. The main recommendations include: focusing on the theoretical aspect of the science of creed, advancing the establishment of creed rules and principles, the necessity of distinguishing between rules, principles, and doctrinal foundations, and expanding efforts to spread the creed rules and principles of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah among people.
