From the masterpieces of Islamic legislation in punishments of Hudood and crimes

Authorship Dr. Issa Awad Abdulwahid Al-‘Udayani Introduction In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate Introduction Praise be to Allah, Lord of all worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the best of His creation, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family, companions, and those who follow them with goodness until the Day of Judgment. To proceed: When Allah, the Most Glorious and Most High, granted me the completion of the high global message (Doctorate), I had already elaborated extensively on the entry points of the message; so the supervisor of the message saw fit to delete a part of these entry points; and he saw that this was a deviation from the purpose of the message, which is titled "Rulings on Delaying the Implementation of Punishments for Crimes and Hudood." And since the matter was so, I preferred to dedicate those entry points to a separate book, due to the important issues and beneficial research contained therein; perhaps Allah will benefit through it whom He wills from His servants. Thus, this book was written, and I named it: "From the Wonders of Islamic Legislation: on Hudood and Crimes Punishments." And I ask Allah, the Most High, to benefit from it, to make it purely for His Face, beneficial to His servants, and to be a cause and means to attain His pleasure. Indeed, He is Generous, Merciful. And may Allah's blessings and peace be upon Muhammad, his family, and his companions, with abundant peace.
