the Umrah is not valid without it. 11 - The farewell Tawaf is obligatory on everyone who intends to leave Mecca, and it is not required for those not present in the Masjid al-Haram, except for menstruating women and women in postpartum bleeding, for whom it is waived. 12 - Whoever intends to stay in Mecca, there is no farewell upon him, and there is no difference whether he intends to stay before or after the exit. 13 - The time for the farewell Tawaf begins after the end of the acts of Hajj. 14 - Whoever stays after the farewell Tawaf, or engages in other reasons for not leaving, must repeat the Tawaf again to make it his last contact with the House. 15 - That the Tawaf of Ifrad suffices instead of the farewell Tawaf if the pilgrim delays the Tawaf of visitation so that it becomes his last contact with the House, and it is not necessary to intend it as the Tawaf of Ifrad. 16 - Whoever leaves without performing the farewell Tawaf, if he is close and it is not difficult for him to return, he should return for the farewell, and there is nothing upon him; if he is far away, he is not obliged to return, and he must offer a dam; if he returns, there is nothing upon him. 17 - The pilgrim performing Umrah is not required to perform the farewell Tawaf. 18 - Clarification of the virtue of voluntary Tawaf, its permissibility at all times, and the permissibility of gifting its reward to others. 19 - The obligatory in the case of Qiran is one Tawaf for his Hajj and Umrah. 20 - The obligatory in the case of Muttamim (those combining Hajj and Umrah) are two Tawafs: one for his Hajj and one for his Umrah. 21 - That there are general and specific conditions, obligations, and prerequisites for Tawaf; every condition is obligatory, and not every obligation is a condition. 22 - That neglecting any of the conditions and obligations is invalid and unacceptable from a disbeliever. 24 - That from the conditions for the validity of Tawaf: sanity; so the Tawaf of the insane is invalid, except for the non-mature child, based on evidence concerning him. 25 - That the intention of Tawaf is sufficient for its validity and performance of the obligation in its time, and it is not necessary to specify the intention of Tawaf in the ritual. 26 - That from the conditions for the validity of Tawaf: completing seven circuits. 27 - That whoever circled around the Kaaba, his Tawaf is valid even if he was distant, and similarly for those who circled on the roof of the Masjid al-Haram. 28 - That whoever circled inside the Hijr (the semi-circular wall), his Tawaf is invalid, and he must repeat it. 29 - That the Shadhrawan (the paved walkway) is not part of the House, and it is valid to perform Tawaf on it, although it is better to stay away from it to avoid disagreement. 30 - That starting Tawaf at the Black Stone is a condition for the validity of Tawaf. 31 - That placing the House on the left side of the Tawaf is a condition for its validity. 32 - It is recommended to be pure from minor impurity during Tawaf; and whoever performs major impurity, his Tawaf is invalid unless he has a valid excuse.
