The falsehoods of logic and speech: chapters in clarifying the confusion of Dr. Saeed Foda upon the people of hadith and Sheikh al-Islam. The opponents have always falsely accused the Ahl al-Sunnah in times other than the present; so it was necessary to repel their falsehoods, with knowledge and fairness, because the ultimate goal is to clarify the truth in reality. And in this book before you, my brother reader, I show you some of the false accusations and errors that the most prominent contemporary Ash'aris, who bear this trait that was present among many of his predecessors from the innovators, fell into—namely Dr. Saeed Foda —may Allah guide him to righteousness. I had already touched upon this in my other books, and when I found the need to gather that material because of the great falsehoods I found in Dr. Foda’s books, I collected those chapters here, then I elaborated on several points I had summarized in the published chapters; thus, I formed the last three chapters. However, I found many other major errors in his other writings, which I wrote critiques of, and discussed here, forming three additional chapters. The book thus consists of six chapters. My aim in this book is not to enumerate all that Dr. Saeed Foda falsely attributed to Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah —especially— or to the people of hadith —generally—, or to clarify his mistakes; because that would require lengthy volumes. Rather, the goal is to present a few examples of clear scientific errors and obvious false accusations from some of his famous books that are widespread among the Ash'aris, in the hope that Allah may guide them! Since Dr. Foda’s writings are fundamentally based on Aristotelian logic and blameworthy kalam (theological rhetoric), I named this book: "Falsehoods of Logic and Speech."
