Forward Abdul Rahman Al-Saadi footnote on Al-Muntaha and its explanation this book is considered one of the concise and approved books in Hanbali jurisprudence, and it is authored by Sheikh Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Futouhi, known as Ibn Al-Najjar (972 AH), he combined in it the two books ((Al-Muqni)) by Ibn Qudama (620 AH), and ((Al-Tanqih Al-Mushabbi)) by Al-Mardawi (885 AH), with some benefits and additions, clarifying the correct and preferred opinion and the established practice in the school of thought.
