Then, the obstacles and threats to intellectual security and its enhancers are elaborated. Second Section: Institutional Charitable Work: where the virtue of charitable work in Islam is clarified, along with the role of institutional charitable work in the prosperity of Islamic civilization, preserving its ideas and constants, with examples of forms of institutional charitable work, the emergence of charitable work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and an introduction to private charitable institutions in Saudi Arabia, with examples of some of the most prominent ones.
