Names of the Quran and its descriptions in the Noble Quran
The researcher, in his study titled "Names of the Quran and its descriptions in the Noble Quran (Collection and Study)," indicated that the names of the Quran that are fixed for it are only five, and the rest are descriptions, not proper names, for the Quran.
The researcher also discussed the recurring names attributed to the Quran, which reached nine names, and clarified that these do not constitute descriptions, let alone proper names for the Quran.
Then the researcher presented the explicit descriptions of the Quran, which amounted to thirty-six descriptions, dividing them into explicit descriptions that indicate the truth and authenticity of the Quran, explicit descriptions that indicate the clarification and guidance of the Quran, and descriptions that indicate the blessing and impact of the Quran.
The researcher also mentioned the descriptions that differed in their qualification for the Quran, which reached twenty descriptions, and divided them into preferred descriptions and less preferred descriptions, based on the conclusions reached by the researcher after the study.
