عمر عبد العزيز The Great Facilitation and Clarification in Jurisprudence Introduction Praise be to Allah who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know, and praise be to Allah who guided to the religion whom He wished of His servants. And blessings and peace be upon the Messenger, a mercy to the worlds, and the guide to the clear path, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and upon his family and companions. After: I have seen many teachers asking about some rulings and about the meanings of some jurisprudential phrases, and various questions related to jurisprudence. Many of these do not find time to review issues in their proper places, and due to the lack of references for some, and the difference between the methods of jurisprudential books and modern methods. Therefore, I resolved to write a book that makes it easy and explains some topics of jurisprudence with examples and questions for clarification. Based on this, the title of the book is Facilitation and Clarification. I have sometimes elaborated on some topics, and I was keen to mention the reasons and causes of rulings, so that one may understand the wisdom and secrets of legislation. I have attached to each chapter models of questions to measure understanding and comprehension, along with their answers. I have also been keen to produce the book with good scientific material and an engaging style, hoping that I have succeeded in that. And Allah is the Guide to the right path. Author 1420/12/8 AH P.O.
