All fair-minded writers also agree that the book "Reviving the Sciences" is as its name suggests, as Al-Hafiz al-Iraqi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "It is one of the most important books of Islam in understanding what is lawful and unlawful, combining the apparent rulings and delving into the secrets that are beyond comprehension, not limited to just branches and issues, nor does it plunge into the depths to the point of difficulty in returning to the surface, but it mixes the sciences of outward and inward." And enough for its author is that he bears the title of the proof of Islam; because he succeeded in reconciling reason and transmission, a rare trait that few have paid attention to. And he resolved every doubt directed at him, exposing its flaws and clarifying it. And from Allah’s success to those in charge of this house, they gathered about twenty manuscripts from around the world to verify the book; so it emerged shining in the garments of verification and scrutiny, free from the stigma of distortion and misreading. Especially since those who opposed the manuscripts were a specialized committee in verifying and scientifically presenting heritage, benefiting both scholars and students. They spared no effort in attributing sources, authenticating his effects and reports, and referring them to the books from which the Imam’s hand had taken parts of the chain of narration and the books of ascetic and spiritual refinement, which often go unnoticed and overlooked. And suffice it to say that the author described his book as "the chemistry of happiness," and he characterized its verses with the qualities of great scholars, not to mention travelers in its gardens and those who enjoy its scenery. The house has been keen on artistic excellence in production, from the choice of paper, selecting appropriate calligraphy, decorated with artistic frames, and writing titles in beautiful handwritten script for all the pages. A quick glance at our edition of "Reviving the Sciences of Religion" reveals the following: that much of our heritage, especially the religious part, needs to be re-edited with distinguished verification; so that the grandeur of art matches the beauty of presentation. This, we believe, is an obligatory duty towards our heritage, which is derived from the two luminous sources. And those who magnify the rituals of Allah, indeed, they are from the piety of hearts.
