He is more precise in الحديث (hadith), its علل (defects), and its رجال (narrators) than Muslim, Abu Dawood, and Abu Isa. He is a peer in the field of Al-Bukhari and Abu Zur'a." Among his works: the book "Al-Mujtaba min Al-Sunan Al-Kubra," known as "Sunan Al-Nasa'i," and "Al-Sunan Al-Kubra," and "Al-Du'afa' wal-Matrukun," and "Amal Al-Yawm wal-Layla" in which he included الأذكار (remembrances). He discussed the الحديث and its علل (defects), and clarified what is in it of زيادات (additions) and الاختلاف (differences).
