Preface In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Praise be to Allah, the Great, the Exalted, and blessings and peace be upon the unlettered Prophet, his companions, and his family. After that, these are chapters I have compiled, and they are effects that follow, to lead us to the attainment of "Jurisprudence of New Issues"; as it is the confluence of the two treasures, originality and modernity, and the meeting place of the good, both theoretical and practical. O Allah, just as You facilitated its documentation in a book, so grant great reward and recompense for it. Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us from Yourself mercy; indeed, You are the Bestower. Our Lord, open between us and our people with the truth, and You are the best of those who open. And our final supplication is praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds.
